Feb Fling

Feb Fling is an annual event that Student Council organizes for a fund raising purpose.

Feb Fling 2017 will be held on Saturday, February 11th from 12 to 4.

Clubs and Student Council will be setting up 22 booths with various activities that ES and MS students and their families can participate.

All HS students are volunteering to run the booths.

Some of the activities include MS pool party, ES obstacle course, Cookie decorating, Soccer Ball Kick, water bottle flip, Splash, sponge throw, and etc.

This event not only serves to provide an opportunity for community-wide interactions among HS, MS, ES students, families, and teachers but also the only fundraiser of the year for all of our service clubs.

Fulfilling our purpose of raising money, Taj has kindly offered free food (Dosa, Hotdogs, Popsicle, and Juice) during the event and the Athletic Department will be funding us to buy facilities including shamianas, kannats, tables, and chairs.

Raffle prizes are also being supported by hotels.

We are hoping to raise about 2 lakhs and all the money collected during the event will be distributed to service clubs.

Service clubs will then use the money to organize their projects targeted to helping the local community.

By participating in this event, ES and MS students and their families will not only be able to enjoy but also contribute to the good cause.

Student Council would like to ask the PCA to help us in selling the tickets.

Tickets are 400 per person and will be sold at ES entrance and in front of the HS reception in the morning(8:00-8:25) and in the afternoon (3:45-4:15).

Tables and chairs are already set up with a cash box for change.

We are hoping to have two parents, one at the HS reception and one at the ES entrance, to help us. One student council member will be at each place!

This is the spreadsheet to help with ticket sales!

Thank you so much for your help!
