2013-2014 PTA Elections

On May 7, 2013, we will be holding elections for all elected positions in the PTA which include: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, New Parent Representative, Event Coordinators, Middle and High School Grade Representatives, Upper and Lower Elementary Coordinators, and Elementary Classroom Representatives.

If you are interested in serving in any of these capacities, please email us indicating which position you would like to hold, a short bio, and a photo. Send emails to pta@aisch.org.

Welcome back from your Spring Break. I hope you all had a wonderful holiday. The PTA Ball Committee has been hard at work for the past 5 months preparing for our upcoming Ball. We are just a few tickets short of completely selling out, so if you haven't bought your tickets yet, don't wait any longer or you may miss your chance! See you at the Leela Palace on April 20th, at 7:00 pm!

Upcoming Country Coordinators Meeting

The PTA Staff appreciation lunch is scheduled for May 29th. The PTA Executive Committee decided that this year, instead of only offering a South Indian lunch, we the parents, could bring dishes native to our home countries to share with the teachers and staff. This will be a great way to show, in a personal way, our appreciation for all they do.

Country Coordinators, we are asking for your help in the planning of this event. Please attend the first planning meeting this Tuesday, April 16th from 8.45 - 9.45 AM in the PTA office, room MC-6.
