Storytrails, Tuesday, April 20th, 3:45-4:45 pm

Please join the PCA for our third tour with Storytrails! This time the topic will be the Mughals of India.

Tragic tales of the Mughals

It’s not always fun, being a great king. And some of the most striking examples, of powerful kings who lost it all, are to be found in the Mughal Dynasty. Come and listen to stories of popular princes who never became kings, of emperors imprisoned by their own sons, and of bloody, no-holds-barred battles fought for the throne. These are the tragic tales of the Mughals.

Dear Community,

We wish you all a well-deserved, happy and nourishing Spring Break, stay safe and enjoy!

Recording from PCA Monthly Meeting with Board of Directors

Thank you to all that attended this Monday’s PCA meeting with the Board of Directors’ Task Force.

We share with you a recording from the meeting.

This year, a Board of Directors Task Force is performing a regular review of AISC’s Charter and By-Laws. Periodically, the Board engages in this important exercise to ensure that the School’s founding documents remain in compliance, relevant, and aligned to the School’s governance requirements.

Revising these documents requires that Association members approve changes by ballot. Important revisions are in process and the Board is arranging opportunities to inform community members about these revisions.

In the week of March 22 there will be Q & A forums and a KPA meeting, for more information, go to Head of School’s notes

Language Teachers!

Do you know of a language teacher?

The PCA Parent survey before Winter Break, showed a big interest in learning a language among parents. We have been looking for teachers for Tamil and Spanish classes, but to no avail, thus we are asking the community if you have any contacts, then we will try to set up classes to start in August 2021.

Please send an email to pca@aischennai.org if you have any leads!
