A buffet including:
Thanksgiving turkey
Whole roast turkey carving station
Cornmeal stuffing/ Cranberry compote / Giblet jus
Green Beans with Bacon
Roma polenta cakes with balsamic reduction
Roasted Sweet Potato Casserole with Praline.
Cheese Grits and Corn Pudding
Pumpkin Pie with Walnut Crust
Roasted Lamb Station
Stuffed lamb of leg
Accompanying with oven roosted potato wedges
Herb grilled vegetables
Red wine jus/ mushroom and pepper sauce/ Grainy mustard sauce
There will be a tree next week for each school: Elementary, Middle, and High School!
