Dear parents,
How nice it was today to see all our Middle School Students literally around the campus showing their math and science projects, they have been diligently working on???
The projects have been displayed and tested before the whole AISC community.
Students were available for interview and open to valuable feedback on their presentations, while you witness their engineering attempts.
Follow them on the website: http://stemaisc.weebly.com/
An hour well spent!
The PCA Team......
......constantly keeps contact with Country Coordinators and Grade Representatives to be able to share with all parents what is happening around the school.
Country Coordinators in turn will communicate with parents from their own Country, meantime Grade Representatives communicate, some directly with parents of Middle School and High School Students and some others with Room Parents that immediately are making sure the Elementary School Parents don't miss important events.
If you have any concern, question or you want to share your happy feeling about what is happening around you, make sure you find the right person to talk with.
Have a look to our 2 NoticeBoard displayed in the Main Reception and in the Elementary section and stay tuned with your PCA, we are always at your disposal.
PLEASE NOTE this change of date:

The PCA City Trip to Mahabalipuram that was scheduled for the 18th of February has changed to the 25th of February.
Stay tuned for more details to come and signing up sheet.

We saw some of you at Andrew Hoover’s update this morning. It was a very efficient review of upcoming activities at School. We heard about Virtual Learning Drill day (25 March, make sure this is on your calendar, as your kids will learn from home) from Kevin Crouch. Kim Bane explained plans for teacher learning days next year. Andrew reviewed the new position of Director of Advancement and told us a bit about the person who will fill that role. We saw building plans for the courtyard, the new ES science center, BBT, and others. We heard about teacher recruiting for next year, as well as college application statistics for our seniors this year. And we learned about some of the plans for the AISC 20th anniversary celebration next year.
Hope you will join us at the next Head of School Town Hall meeting, on the calendar for 19 March.

A NOTE FROM THE HEAD OF SCHOOL:
Dear Parents,
Many thanks to those of you who have already completed the Parent Climate Survey.
This email is another gentle reminder to those who have not completed it. This will take you about 25 minutes (give or take 15 minutes depending on the pace that you like to work).
Thank you, in advance, for participating in this important school improvement endeavor.
Please do not forget to print the last page upon completion, (or save as an image / pdf) and drop it off at either reception desk, to get a personalized AISC coffee mug with your child(ren)’s picture(s) on it. See a sample of this AISC coffee mug.
We will close this survey on Monday, February 23 at 4:00 p.m.
Sincerely,
Andrew
