International Day
International Day is being held on Friday 17 September. It is a day for our community to come together to celebrate our diversity, cultural backgrounds, and unique traditions. The PCA has reached out to Country Coordinators and families to ask them to represent their country via a video. The theme of the video this year is “the food of my country”. Please remember that videos should be no longer than 2.5 minutes and should be submitted to pca@aischennai.org . The deadline to submit your video is Friday 3 September at 16.00 IST. NESA Parents as Partners Series - REGISTRATION OPEN!
Registration is now open for the 2021-2022 NESA Webinar Series: Parents as Partners—an engaging collection of webinars for parents addressing child development within the context of family and school. Twice each month, for one hour, you can join parents from across the NESA region to listen to distinguished specialists and learn new strategies in support of your child as a learner. The webinar series is FREE to all AISC parents.

PCA Monthly Meeting
Our next PCA Monthly meeting will be held on Monday 13 September at 14.00-15.00. Please make a note of this on your calendar, as our School Counselling Team will be joining this meeting to share ideas on helping children and teens with their emotions during these challenging times. They will offer ideas on ways to support your child with current dynamic modes of learning, while maintaining wellbeing.

You can use the back camera of a mobile phone to take your child’s photo. The instructions have detailed info on taking a good photo.
You can also consider taking your photo professionally at a studio if you have access
to one in your area; make sure to request for a grey background.
IMPORTANT! Rename your child’s photo accordingly. We will not be able to accept submissions if you do not rename the photo.
